  14. How about a crackpot recognition manual? Every week or month, the top 20
  15. crackpot indices could be posted in a sort of "Jane's Crackpot Digest"
  16. format, and then we could write little routines to kill articles from
  17. people who have a crackpot rating higher than our crackpot tolerance
  18. threshold.
