  11. Does anyone know of software (C or C++ routines would be fine) for
  12. doing calculations in finite fields. Particularly needed are routines
  13. for polynomials (manipulation, finding irreducibles, finding primitve
  14. roots, etc.) over fintite fields, including "polynomials of polinomials"
  15. i. e.,  polynomials over an extention field which is itself a field of
  16. polynomials modulo an irreducible polynomial over the prime field.
