  12. Hi,
  13.   I am looking for any results in graph/network theory relating minimal
  14. cut sets and the degree of connectivity, any properties observed by the
  15. elements in the cut set. I am not particularly familiar with this field
  16. but need info on any such result. Yes, I could go through the books, 
  17. papers but that would be quite time consuming, especially because I am not
  18. even sure where to begin looking. 
  19.   Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
