- I don't know what year your car is or anything, but I have a similar
- problem to the loose fan belt in my '89 Crown Vic. The alternator and
- battery are not powerful enough to power the headlamps, climate control
- fan, radio, and turn signals all at once when the engine is not revved
- high. So... when I'm driving at reasonable speeds, the turn signals
- work fine, but when I slow down and come to a stop, they're really
- lethargic. I've assumed it is just a problem that I'll have to live
- with.
