- So do you remove your O2 sensor when the engine is hot or cold?
- Or if its really stuck, do you try heating the sensor with a
- torch when the engine is cold?
-
- I had that carb problem a while ago, now I have excessive
- hydrocarbon emissions. I am going to check to O2 sensor, among
- other things. I suspect that the O2 sensor might have gotten
- fouled or even killed, because of overcompensating with the throttle
- when the engine lacked power (when mixture control solenoid wasn't
- working)
