- Wine cellars and the like maintain a pretty constant temperature throughout
- the day and even the year. There will be some difference but not a whole lot.

- The fuel in your fuel tank is much more susceptible to temperature changes.
- In the morning it will be cooler and and the fuel will take up less volume,
- when it get's hotter the fule will expand and take up more space. This is
- probably more significant than the daily variation in the station tank.

- Filling in the morning won't save you much money but will allow you to get
- slightly more fuel in your tank. Useful if going a long distance but
- otherwise not. Don't top your tank up to the brim and then leave the
- car standing in the hot summer sun. The fuel will expand and find it's own
- way out of the tank. This does NOT save you money and could be rather
- exciting...
