- Dell includes DOSmerge. SCO bundles DOSmerge with ODT, and sells VP/ix
- separately. Merge seems better for a lot of things, but for running
- programs which go directly to the screen memory, running on the whole
- screen without translation, VP/ix still seems faster based on some
- measurements we've done. Non-trivially faster, actually.

- I can't say much about this because I don't know the non-d status, but
- I believe you will see a product which will run windows 3.1 in standard
- mode, under UNIX, announced before the end of the year. You might see it
- announced at UNIX-Expo, I just don't know what the plans are.
