  11. A question for any Sun/SBus hardware gurus/consultants:

  13. Can any reads go past writes out to the SBus? That is, when
  14. a write is posted to a buffer, but before completing, can a
  15. subsequent read be issued and begin and complete before the
  16. write buffer is flushed?
  17.  
  18. The intuitive answer would be that that scenario is not
  19. possible in any system which maintains coherency.
  20.  
  21. But has anybody seen such behavior before?
