- several posts have shown recently that key board equivs in panels
- dont require the command key to be pressed, unlike windows.
-
- but if a button has a sound associated with it, the sound is played
- if the button is pressed using the mouse but not when using the keyboard.
-
- why? I thought the whole point of keyboard equivs was to be "equivalent"
- to the corresponding mouse action.
-
- in my case, a big point of the buttons are to play sounds since
- the app is a toy for my child.
-
- is there a simple IB workaround?
- I know how to get around it in obj-C and appkit, but dont
- want to miss some simple fix (there are a lot of buttons)
-
- is anything else different between an equivalent and the real thing?
