  12. I would like to create a panel to be used as a background and thus not  
  13. respond to any thing (keyboard, mouse, ect) ...ie never become the key  
  14. window.

  16. I can make the window easily enough via IB but I did not see a method  
  17. which would make the window immune to the mouse or keyboard.
