- A friend is setting up a system for a handicapped user with one arm. He's
- using a PC Magazine utility called Stay Down which makes the shift/ctrl/alt
- keys "sticky" for one keypress, so you can do key combinations with one
- hand. Not surprisingly this doesn't work under Windows. Is there an
- equivalent utility floating around?
