  18. When you purchase the JetDirect card for the Laser, there is an option to 
  19. get the "support" software for an s[3478]00.  It has all the instructions for
  20. integrating it into the regulr HPUX spooler system. Takes about 15 minutes
  21. to get it all going.

  23. Actually, the software is pretty straightforward - all it essentially does
  24. is open a socket to the IP address and tcp port number assigned to the printer
  25. (you do this though bootp), and then "pour" your bytes down the pipe to the
  26. printer.
