- Hi.
-
- I have recently ported Eric Young's DES Library to the Atari. The
- port went without problems so far, only des(1) keeps making trouble.
- The library can be obtained via
-
- ftp.uni-kl.de:pub/atari/incoming/des-src.zoo Library sources
- ftp.uni-kl.de:pub/atari/incoming/des-bin.zoo .olb file
-
- The documentation is somewhat sparse but useful nontheless. If you
- don't know what ECB or CBC means, then this library is probably not
- for you.
-
- The library originated in Australia, i.e., outside the USA, and is
- therefore not restricted to USA-only redistribution. USA residents
- might not be able to get a copy legally.
-
- The library was compiled using GCC 2.1, and MiNT 0.94/Libraries PL 20.
- You'll need GNU make to make the library, otherwise you'll have to
- fiddle with the makefile.
-
- Bug reports to me (neuhaus@informatik.uni-kl.de). I will forward them
- to Eric (eay@psych.psy.uq.oz.au) if necessary.
-
- Have fun.
