  14. Yeah, Dataque has the proposed 1600XLE or whatever.  It sounded okay,
  15. it promised lots of new features, but apparantly noone was interested.

  17. I'd rather build something on the Parallel bus, like a 8mHz 65816
  18. processor with 68881 math co.  It would act as a parallel processor,
  19. and could also run your floppy drives and  SCSI devices and stuff.
  20. At least that way you don't have to junk your existing 8 bit,
  21. you still use it.  If it breaks, unplug it and plug in a new one.
