- Well, I can't really argue with your point about simplicity. But
- if you wire in all that circuitry, and your computer goes bad, then what?
- Also, I'm thinking more along the lines of something that people other than
- 800XL owners could do, which means Parallel Bus. That at least opens up
- the upgrade to 130Xe and 600XL and 1200XL and 1400/1450 owners.
- That's just my preference mind you, in the end I will probably throw
- a 2nd PIA in my 800XL to get a fast printer port. I think it's healthy
- to discuss different philosophies about upgrading the 8 bit hardware.
- It keeps ME thinking anyway.
