  15. Well, I can't really argue with your point about simplicity.  But
  16. if you wire in all that circuitry, and your computer goes bad, then what?
  17. Also, I'm thinking more along the lines of something that people other than
  18. 800XL owners could do, which means Parallel Bus.  That at least opens up
  19. the upgrade to 130Xe and 600XL and 1200XL and 1400/1450 owners.
  20. That's just my preference mind you, in the end I will probably throw
  21. a 2nd PIA in my 800XL to get a fast printer port.  I think it's healthy
  22. to discuss different philosophies about upgrading the 8 bit hardware.
  23. It keeps ME thinking anyway.
