  14. Hello there.  I need help with my A590.  I just yanked the old 20meg XT
  15. drive that was in there and put in a Quantum 105lp.  The drive spins up
  16. right and etc, and the HD toolbox program recognizes it for a 105Q
  17. and all.  But when I try to do a HDtoolbox Low level format it just
  18. blinks for a second and says done.  I tried to do a prepHD, but that
  19. doesn't work as it's set up for the WD20meg.  I try to do a FormatHD
  20. (These are all from the A590 setup disk.  I have only 1.3 dos) and
  21. it seems to format right, counting down and all, but when it gets
  22. to installing dos, it stops and I get a little "Not a DOS disk in unit
  23. 0" box up on the screen.  Same for InstallHD.  I'm thinking that
  24. perhaps I need a special program for installing a SCSI drive or something.
  25. Has anyone else had this same problem and can help me?  Please E-mail
