- Sucking the air out is the proper action. While it's much harder to control
- dust buildup that way, the advantages far outweigh this problem. Such a
- design makes it much easier to design a case that manages airflow correctly,
- so things get cooled properly. Additionally, the power supply may be one of
- the hottest parts of the system, and a "blowing" fan will push this heat into
- the system enclosure.

- Thing is, it's impossible to locate the hottest objects near the fan. You
- need a good air flow going by each expansion card, and mechanicals being
- what they are, there's no way to have expansion cards near the power supply.
- Also, you don't want all your hottest parts concentrated in one place, or
- you're going to tend to need more cooling than distributed heat would require.
