  33.   The upgrade rules depend on the country.  In the USA, my understanding is
  34. that non-IBM OS/2s don't get free upgrades, but are eligible for the DOS
  35. upgrade price.  Try the 1-800 number again, and if you have further problems
  36. (such as they won't accept it at all), send me EMAIL and I'll see what I can
  37. do from this side.
