- What is trellis coding and how does it work?
-
- I know that it is a modulation method, and something like a "forward
- error correcting protocol" and is usable only with V.32 (9600/4800)
- and perhaps in V.32bis (14400, 12000, 9600, 7200) too?
-
- And I can't imagine how a "forward error correcting protocol" would
- work.
