  15. I am looking to trade the following with anyone:

  17. 1 brand new USRobotics Shared Access Modem Sharing Kit.

  19. This is a USR v.32bis modem that can be used on a LAN.
  20. (it can also be used one a stand alone computer as a normal v.32bis modem)

  22. The modem has ASL and *is* upgradeable to v.fast when USR releases the
  23. upgrade.

  25. I want to trade this modem for a new Courier v.32bis with FAX, I will
  26. consider used ones.

  28. They both have the same list price and the Shared Access Kit costs about
  29. $50-$100 more in stores.

  31. This kit includes everything you need to use it.  Software, docs, modem,
  32. everything...it is brand new.

  34. I want to trade because I want FAX and the Shared Access modem can not
  35. be upgraded to FAX, and I will never be using it on a LAN.

  37. When connected to a LAN users on the LAN can access the modem as if it
  38. was connected to their computer.(the modem only hooks up to one
  39. computer) and people can call into the LAN and use their computer as if
  40. it was connected to the LAN.
