  13. One of my users can't connect with his Supra Fax 14.4 modem in V32/V32bis,
  14. with my HST DS 14.4. He can only connect att 2400.

  16. Earlier he sometimes managed to connect at lower speed, 12000 or 9600, but not 
  17. anymore.

  19. Is there anything I can do with the setup to solve the problem or is it 
  20. anything he can do?

  22. It is the first time I have got a complaints about problems with connect
  23. of other type of modems. I have read here that there are problems with
  24. the cheap modems, so I expected problems one day...

  26. It would also be nice with more information about the problems with 
  27. other types of modem, the reason why and what you can do about it.

  29. I have also read here that there are more problems with the V.Small and
  30. other modems, what is the reason for that?
