  18. WinBiff 1.1, a Windows 3.x mail notification utility, is
  19. now available.  It also will run under OS/2 as a seamless
  20. Windows application.  With WinBiff, you can set a polling
  21. interval and allow multiple instances to monitor multiple 
  22. mailboxes.  WinBiff can be displayed as a bitmap in a window,
  23. or as an icon (kind of like Windows CLOCK).

  25. I use WinBiff with UUPC/extended and OS/2 Elm.  From what
  26. I've read, it should work with Waffle if you're running
  27. Waffle as a DOS app under Windows or OS/2.
