  15.         An Electronic Journal for the 21st Century (IPCT)

  17.     The editors of the IPCT on-line journal are currently accepting articles
  18. for the January 1993 (or subsequent) issue.
  19.  
  20.         We will accept quality papers on interpersonal communication and
  21. technology including: the use of electronic networks in the classroom,
  22. electronic publishing, use of electronic networks and information exchange,
  23. library applications of electronic communication in higher education, business,
  24. industry and government and related topics that have been discussed on
  25. the IPCT discussion list.  (To subscribe to IPCT-L, send the following
