  13. I have been asked to figure out what the training needs are for an
  14. Institute with a fluctuating staff of up to 40 who almost all use
  15. WordPerfect 5.1.  Some seem fairly expert and others are new student
  16. employees with almost no experience.  Probably training will be a
  17. series of short workshops geared to providing additional help for
  18. those who are weak in specific designated areas.

  20. What I don't know is how best to determine how much people do know,
  21. and what topics it would be most beneficial to address.  I know
  22. employment agencies do some kind of assessment on WordPerfect skills,
  23. but I've never seen it sold and don't know if it's diagnostic.

  25. Do any of you have a recommendation of a good, easy to administer,
  26. useful and not too expensive assessment tool, for discovering what
  27. the level of WordPerfect expertise in an office staff is?
