- I have been asked to figure out what the training needs are for an
- Institute with a fluctuating staff of up to 40 who almost all use
- WordPerfect 5.1. Some seem fairly expert and others are new student
- employees with almost no experience. Probably training will be a
- series of short workshops geared to providing additional help for
- those who are weak in specific designated areas.
-
- What I don't know is how best to determine how much people do know,
- and what topics it would be most beneficial to address. I know
- employment agencies do some kind of assessment on WordPerfect skills,
- but I've never seen it sold and don't know if it's diagnostic.
-
- Do any of you have a recommendation of a good, easy to administer,
- useful and not too expensive assessment tool, for discovering what
- the level of WordPerfect expertise in an office staff is?
-
- Thanks
