  31. Fraid I really really have to agree. It is dishonest. Period.
  32. Its a lie that has become acceptable in academia.  It does
  33. not further science, just the careers of those with the 
  34. power.

  36. It is time this crap stops.  I vote that Journal request
  37. the authors (all the authors) of every paper submitted to
  38. also submit a one page outline of their contributions to 
  39. the paper AND ALL the authors sign ALL the outlines!!!
