  21. Fry it with a flame, and get a good pair of vise-grips (?), the kind
  22. of pliers where you don't have to squeeze to hold on to something.

  24. Dunno wat liquid wrench is, but you did use the thin flowing oil
  25. in a can that will eat rust? WD40 is a brand that is popular in Europe.
