  14. I have a 1990 Buick Regal(30K mi) that I'm experiencing very excessive tire noise
  15. at almost any speed.  The noise sounds like I'm running on snow tires.  The tires
  16. were rotated at 15k miles and now have 30k mi(still have plenty of tread).

  18. The service manager of the dealer said the noise is a result of not enough tire
  19. rotation.  He said the tires should be rotated 5-8k miles to avoid problems such
  20. as this.
