- Someone I know is a district manager at Circuit City and he
- recommended NOT to buy the extended warrenty, because it's
- usually not necessary. It is very lucrative for Circuit City
- and that is why they have this high pressure sales approach.
- I dislike Circuit City very much for this reason and only
- go there as a last resort.

- I did purchase an extended warrenty on a car once. Luckily I
- never had to use it, but it made the sale when I sold that car.
