  12. My apologies, that parameter (under ISC, called MAXUP) has been set to 
  13. 180, somewhat smaller than NPROC at 200.  The problem previously 
  14. describerd occurs when the # of proecesses is in the 70s.  I should
  15. have mentioned this in the original posting.
