  18. The bugs should be fixed at the BASE level, not at the VAR level.  
  19. The VAR level is just that ... Addded Value.  Not Bug fixes.

  21. Each time a VAR has to fix a bug, they deviate further from the base
  22. code, so "compatibility" and "uniformity" go down the toilet.
