- The bugs should be fixed at the BASE level, not at the VAR level.
- The VAR level is just that ... Addded Value. Not Bug fixes.

- Each time a VAR has to fix a bug, they deviate further from the base
- code, so "compatibility" and "uniformity" go down the toilet.
