  14. We had a similar problem (but not exact).  We blew away the boot partition
  15. on a disk and Interactive support told us we had to re-install.  After
  16. much trial and error, we found that the command mkpart -b rewrote the
  17. boot partition and left everything else intact - no reinstall necessary.
