  27. What do you mean 'fixed this'.  There isn't anything to fix.  Yes,
  28. we default (sort of silly after all this time, but since we have
  29. been doing it, we have to keep doing it, it is a cycle...) to
  30. making *links* from the byte swapping device to /dev/*tape for
  31. QIC drives.  I have never said that this would change (although I
  32. would *love* to drop it, and I'd be surprised if anybody else at
  33. SGI had ever said it would change).  We don't default to linking
  34. the byte swapping device for anything but QIC.
