  14. I am trying to install Transcript 3.0 on a Sparc to talk to an Apple
  15. Laser Writer IIf, and I think I got most of it right (all programs 
  16. and PPD files, etc ...) . I can even send smale files to the printer
  17. and they get digested all right, but when I send something big (more
  18. than a couple of pages) I get the following error:

  20.     psif: printer sync problem [2] ()
  21.     psif: printer sync problem [3] ()
  22.  
  23. for which I can find no answer. The right PPD file is there and the 
  24. software finds it all right. The speedsa are matched ....

  26. Anybody out there has any ideas on what is going on ????????
