- Well, I recently had my mac at work switched to sys7 and now need to
- decide about my mac here at home. (IIsi 3/40 w/coprocessor 12"BW)
-
- About sys7:
- 1. Should I be concerned about RAM? sys7 will need about 2meg
- and I'm concerned that I'll leave myself short on RAM even
- with virtual memory. (PS how slow is VM?) I think I could get
- away with a minimal set of fonts here (no printer) but don't know
- if that makes an appreciable difference in size.
-
- 2. Will the BW moitor be a problem with sys7? It isn't a big deal
- now.
-
- 7.0 vs. 7.0.1
- 1. At work 7.0 w/tuneup was installed. Should I go with 7.0 to
- be consistent between the machines, or is 7.0.1 worth the
- inconsistency.
-
- 2. What all is the difference?
-
- Thanks,
