  11. This may be a stupid or frequently-asked question, but here goes:

  13. I have downloaded a file too large to fit on one ``floppy'' disk (it
  14. is approx. 2.5 MB), and need to transfer it to a Mac with floppies.
  15. How can I transfer this file

  17.  - from a Sun to the Mac with floppies, or
  18.  
  19.  - Mac to Mac with floppies?

  21. I normally write a floppy with a 'tar' archive of downloaded stuff on
  22. a Sun and read it with suntar on the Mac, but I could also download
  23. the file to a Mac and then make floppies there.  In neither case do I
  24. know how to handle a file larger than one floppy.
