  12.     Has anyone tried using cheap multivoltage AC adaptors w the powerbook  
  13. 100 ?  The Apple version claims a 2 amp output and most off the shelf ones only  
  14. put out about .6 A.  My guess though is that the battery should buffer the  
  15. circuit for high load activities like disk use and would charge during low draw 
  16. periods.  Any info or comments much appreciated.
