- A friend is purchasing a Mac LC II and needs to get a color monitor to go
- with it. She wants to get something like the Apple HiRes Monitor, but it is
- expensive. I guess any 14" trinitron is going to cost more that a cheapo
- 14" sampo, but what are the differences? She is not considering the 12"
- monitor options. She wants something with the standard 640x480 resolution.
-
- Who makes an inexpensive monitor with a trinitron tube? How do the other
- brands (magnavox, nec, sampo) compare? What are the drawbacks of having a
- cheaper monitor?
-
- Please email responses. I'll summarize.
-
- Thanks
