  16.      Also, not many commercial programs let you return them if they don't work
  17. out for you.  Not all of them say exactly how much memory/disk space/resources
  18. they need to run or install.  You open them up and get burned by the 'shrink 
  19. wrap contract'.  Why is it that the software industry is allowed to sell you
  20. a product that you can't examine first, and then say 'you bought it, too bad if
  21. it doesn't do what you want'?  Oh, I know, because all the nasty pirates would 
  22. rip them off.  Gee, the pirates are killing them anyways, so why punish the 
  23. honest customers?
