  18. well, it SHOULD work.  "doesn't work" is sort of hard to diagnose without 
  19. details.  it would be helpful to get detail on the error message you got....

  21. you can also get at gatekeeper files using ftpmail.  send mail to 
  22. ftpmail@pa.dec.com with help as the sole body of the message and it will send 
  23. you back how to use it.
