- I recently compiled mtools-2.0.5 (programs to play with DOS disk for
- workstations) on a DECstation 5000/33, but it doens't work.
-
- For example, mformat seems to work, but a later mdir on the same disk returns:
- disk_read: read: I/O error
-
- mdir on a real DOS disk works, but doing any kind of writing fails.
- for example mcopy ~/.plan a: says
- Copying X.PLA
- disk_flush: write: I/O error
-
- Has anyone successfully compiled mtools on a Personal DECstation?
-
- Are there any other programs to read/write MS-DOS disks on Personal DECstations?
