  16. I recently compiled mtools-2.0.5 (programs to play with DOS disk for
  17. workstations) on a DECstation 5000/33, but it doens't work.

  19. For example, mformat seems to work, but a later mdir on the same disk returns:
  20. disk_read: read: I/O error

  22. mdir on a real DOS disk works, but doing any kind of writing fails.
  23. for example mcopy ~/.plan a:  says

  27. Has anyone successfully compiled mtools on a Personal DECstation?
