- Hmm, well, you can try RTAP. It plays directly from HD. There are
- several others.

- As for not slowing down the animation, that really isn't a function of
- the program so much as your hardware. If you have, say, a differential
- SCSI controller with a really fast HD, you'll be OK for most delta
- sizes. If you only have a 500 Kb/sec controller which causes a lot of
- bus contention and your HD is slow, you won't be able to play the anims
- from HD as fast as you want.
