  15. I am studying patent litigation the drug industry, and need data on the
  16. number of patents granted either in the aggregate or by firm for the class
  17. 424* (drugs). I have numbers for 1970 to the present, but neither the 
  18. CD ROM from the patent office, nor LEXIS has information on approvals
  19. prior to 1970.

  21. If anyone has these figures, and would be willing to share them with me,
  22. I'd appreciate it.

  24. I'm a graduate student who does not have the funds to purchase such data. I
  25. can give you credit for your help in any journal publication which my work
  26. leads to, but that's it.
