- Can't help with the trident stuff, but there is a program to mark these old
- apps as WINDOWCOMPAT. Look on ftp-os2.nmsu.edu in pub/os2/1.x/. Somewhere
- there is a program called 'tag' which works (although I did not test it
- specifically on the program you mention). tag is a PD version of Microsoft's
- markexe, I believe.
-
- However, in the case you describe, get the Info-ZIP stuff in
- pub/downloads/Info-ZIP/. WARNING: Kai Uwe Rommel has posted a message about
- extended attributes and the 32-bit zip program. Unzip and the 16-bit zip
- are ok (?). If you want the earlier release, go to pub/os2/all/archivers/.
- Don't get the earlier 32-bit unzip (there were some problems which I can't
- recall).

- I seem to recall that someone said to either
- 1. hold some button down during boot (sorry, can't quite remember)
- or
- 2. un-plug and re-plug the mouse after boot to force reset.
-
- Be careful--I don't quite remember the recommendation.

-
- There have been reports that the commga 2210 release causes some problems
- in OS/2 sessions. Again, look for previous posts on this.
