  15. As stated in a previous post, I finally got a third com port (COM4 w/
  16. IRQ5) working with Windows 3.1 by setting VirtualHDIrq=false in
  17. system.ini.  I notice that this port, and only this port, is dropping
  18. characters sporatically.  Both COM2 and COM4 sport 2400 baud modems,
  19. but only COM4 is acting up.  I fiddled with the COMBoostTime and
  20. COMxBuffer settings in system.ini to no avail so far.  I've also tried
  21. increasing Telix's priority to 1000 with no luck.  Any ideas?
