  19. I speak for me and how I precieve things going on here at
  20. CMU.  I do not necessarily speak for anyone else including
  21. CMU.

  23. While we are not about to stop anyone who already has a copy
  24. from using BNR2SS, we are no longer distributing it.  CMU is
  25. not willing to risk getting drawn into a lawsuit over this.
  26. By stopping distribution as soon as the lawsuit with BSDI
  27. and CSRG went public, we can claim that we acted in good
  28. faith and never knowingly distributed AT&T code.  While I
  29. dont necessarily agree with this choice, I understand it.
  30. I put a number of months into BNR2SS and would hate to see
  31. it die here, but it is not my choice.
