- The case is still up in the air, nothing is decided. Interestingly enough
- it is not possible for a number of of software projects to maintain a
- neutral stance. Either they side with Berkeley and keep their releases
- available, or they admit that the claims of USL have some credibility and
- withdraw their work from public availability.
