  26. When using a WorldBlazer (in V.32bis mode) with Telix 3.15 and transferring 
  27. pre-compressed data using zmodem, I notice that the cps rate Telix reports 
  28. starts at about 1000 for a second or so then flutters around 1200-1300 for 
  29. several more seconds before eventually reaching and sustaining 1600+ cps 
  30. after 20-30 seconds.

  32. If I were only transferring small files, the WB might appear to be performing
  33. poorly. On large transfers, it seems to perform as well as my USR V.32bis
  34. did.
