- I need to originate dialup calls to an unattended remote modem
- by first manually dialing the number on a handset and negotiating
- verbally with an operator. The call will then ring and the remote
- modem will answer. At that point, I need to instruct my modem to
- begin its negotiation sequence as though it had dialed the call.
- The originating modem has a Hayes command set (it's an internal
- modem in a Tadpole SPARCbook).
-
- How to do this?
