  11.     OK, I have a programming question (hope this is the
  12. appropriate sub). If I were to write a compression program (ie.
  13. an archiving program) what are the implied legal problems?
  14. Also Where could I find a C source that would compress various
  15. types of files relatively well? Suggested books of algorithms?
