- Has anyone out there looked at decoding a QCIF size image from an MPEG1
- stream (CIF size) at reduced computational performance, i.e. 1/4 of the
- the IDCT's/MC's etc.

- What about filtering in the transform domain or simply doing 4x4 IDCT's
- on the 8x8's.
